Bank owned foreclosure properties sales are bringing positive cashflow back to Southern California. In March alone 178 - 3 bedroom +, 2 bathroom + single family detached homes closed escrow (sold)! And when you count the number of cashflow condos, the number is much higher. This is one of the reasons why sales picked up in March.
