Checking out a property in Poway (San Diego.) This property is listed at half of it’s previous sales price from just a couple years ago. The previous ‘owners’ took all appliances, toilets, a/c, water heaters, granite, cabinets, faucets, vanity’s, etc..This is typical of an hole who forecloses on his property and tries to screw the man because he can’t have the house either. These high end foreclosures (this property is listed at $1.05M) are becoming more abundant as we enter the ALT-A/Prime/Option-ARM segment adjustment of the real estate bust here in SO CAL.
